South America's southern coasts are a hostile, beautiful proving ground. Frank Goodman first circumnavigated Cape Horn in 1977. Adventure Philosophy crossed the Antarctic Circle from here in 2001. Modern projects like Sea Kayak Brasil and South America - all of it continue the tradition. The Yaghan Expedition explored Tierra del Fuego. Patagonia, the Beagle Channel, and the Falklands have all been paddled.
